Man Utd's two likeliest player leave this summer as Solskjaer eyes squad revamp

Manchester United are set for a hectic transfer window at the end of the season, and have two players who are apparently likely to leave.

The Red Devils will likely look to bring in a new centre-back and a new centre-forward in order to bolster their squad for next season.

Joules Kounde and Erling Haaland have both been targeted, though finances will still be fairly tight.

It won't just be players coming in, however, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also has players in line to sell.

And according to The Athletic, there are two players who are more likely to leave than others.

Those are Jesse Lingard and Diogo Dalot, both of whom are currently out on loan.

Lingard fell out of favour under Solskjaer some time ago and joined West Ham until the end of the season in January.

The playmaker has been in top form since making the move down to London and earned a recall to the England side.

There's no clause in his loan deal for West Ham to sign him permanently, but there's every chance they will look to agree a fee at the end of the season.

Lingard himself seems to be enjoying himself at the London Stadium and is only under contract until 2022, so if he isn't sold this summer United face losing him for free.

The other player tipped to depart, Dalot, has also been looking impressive while on loan at AC Milan.

The Portuguese full-back has made 24 appearances for the Serie A contenders this season and has been tipped to sign permanently this summer.

Solskjaer has always remained adamant that he'll recall Dalot at the end of the season, but United could well let him go if the right offer comes in.

There are numerous other players who could leave, but United's tendency to hand out high wages will make it difficult for them to offload fringe players.
