Kostas Manolas recognises Juventus' strength, but warns that Roma are "not defeated in advance" and are determined to "put up a fight” in Turin.
"Juventus are the best team in Serie A, with a huge lead on second-placed Napoli," Manolas told Roma TV.
"They are a strong team and among the favourites to win the Champions League. But we travel to Turin with no fear, and we are not defeated in advance.
"We're going there to put up a fight, a battle. We all hope to put in a good performance and take away a good result."
Roma go into the Juventus Allianz Arena 22 points adrift of the Serie A leaders.
