According to Marca, Manchester United's Turkish international goalkeeper Bayindir is close to joining Celta de Vigo.
Celta de Vigo sporting director Marco Garcés stated that the deal is only a few hours away: "We are very optimistic about finalizing a goalkeeper between today and tomorrow."
As for attacking reinforcements, which would be the fifth and final addition, they will have to wait a bit longer: "The progress on a striker is not as clear yet, but I also hope for news soon," said the Celta de Vigo executive.
Meanwhile, Celta de Vigo hopes to offload Carles Pérez, Núñez, Carlos Domínguez, or Manu Fernández: "As Claudio mentioned, the players have known their position in the squad since May. I know they are receiving calls and offers, and they are weighing them to see when a satisfactory solution will emerge, and then the transfer can be pushed through."
These decisions depend more on the players who can be sold than on Celta de Vigo itself: "I feel it's more on their side than ours," said Marco Garcés.

This guy is good. He really should join a club that guarantees him the first spot.
