Sweden striker Marcus Berg spurned an inviting opportunity to score from close range during his nation's Euro 2020 clash with Spain.
Following impressive work from highly regarded youngster Alexander Isak, Berg was presented with an opportunity to open the scoring in Seville.
However, the 34-year-old was left frustrated after he was somehow unable to find the net and directed his effort wide.
To compound his misery, Berg, who plays for Krasnodar, was substituted in the 68th minute, just seven minutes after his miss.
Danny Murphy, co-commentating for BBC Sport, said that he wouldn't have been able to sleep after missing such a chance.
Murphy said: 'What wonderful play from (Alexander) Isak. He starts the move, he stays calm and great feet. Then pulls it across and you can't ask more of your striker partner (Berg). Massive chance for Sweden.
'It was great play. Exactly what I would've set the team out to do with two front players. When you break, link up and be a threat.
'But I wouldn't sleep after that miss.'
The game ended 0-0, with Berg left to regret his miss.
Since making his national team debut in 2008, Berg has made 87 appearances for Sweden, scoring 24 goals.
This is Berg's third tournament with Sweden after he was previously part of the squad at Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup.

Good strikers will never understand that trust me. I played as a striker against good teams before but you have to be clinical there otherwise you stand a chance to lose the game there are some opponents you know they're superior to you so you not gonna get many chances so you have to score
I'm describing here of a bad day. a day when you head a ball towards goal it hits the cross it comes out. you strike a shot from wide angle it hits the post and goes to the keeper. that feeling sucks😂
