Mario Balotelli trained with his international team-mates for the first time in four years on Monday, after making the cut in Roberto Mancini's debut Italy squad.
The Nice striker scored 25 goals in all competitions this season, and was rewarded with his first call-up since the World Cup in 2014.
The former Manchester City and Liverpool striker cracked a smile in the session, and at one point lifted up his t-shirts to show off a scar on his tummy.
Balotelli will likely play a part in the Azzurri's upcoming trio of friendlies, against Saudi Arabia, France and Holland.
At 27 years old, the striker currently has 33 caps for the national side, but may have thought his international career was over after falling out of favour under Antonio Conte and not featuring at all for Gian Piero Ventura.
Now, though, after an impressive season in the French top flight, Balo is back and appears to be firing on all cylinders.
Mancini was also heavily present in the session, even getting involved with the ball at his feet on numerous occasions.
He was spotted chatting to Cire Immobile and Danilo D'Ambrosio, with the trio laughing and joking in the sunshine in Florence.
The team are currently on a training camp at Centro Tecnico Federale di Coverciano - more commonly known as Casa Italia, the home of the Italian national team.
Balotelli is among 10 forwards in Mancini's opening squad, but only he and Valencia's Simone Zaza play outside of Serie A.
In the rest of the 30-man squad, there are two Premier League players - both of which Chelsea defenders in Emerson Palmieri and Davide Zappacosta.

It's too late. ..Italy is out of the world cup. ...they would have called him earlier
yes it is too late. if not for their stupidity on employing a racist as a coach, then by now Italy would have been at the main event. [Italy]
