On March 25, Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé responded to widespread media reports that he had been misdiagnosed by Real Madrid's medical team at a pre-match press conference for a friendly match with the French national team.
On Tuesday, French radio station RMC's "After Foot" program claimed that Real Madrid made a mistake in diagnosing the French striker's injury.
This report was also confirmed by Miguel Ángel Díaz of COPE sports channel: "Real Madrid got the knee wrong during the initial diagnosis; they didn't examine Mbappe's left knee, but instead examined his right."
Mbappe, currently training with the French national team, denied the report at a pre-match press conference before a friendly match.
"The news that the wrong knee was examined is untrue. I may be indirectly responsible for this situation because when information isn't fully clear, it leaves room for interpretation," the Real Madrid player said.
He later added: "My communication with Real Madrid has always been very clear, both in Madrid and Paris, and I was always accompanied by team doctors and physiotherapists."

Even if its not true, for a club like Madrid to be associated with such claims and relating it to a high level player like Mbape calls for concern
