I think this Argentina is becoming better, the likes of Lautaro and Dybala can help guarantee goals when they are needed the most (eg in finals) especially when Messi is too marked. So Messi still has sth to offer on international level. I hope and wish he wins a trophy for Argentina not bcos of Cr7's delusioned fans (NB Messi winning a trophy for Argentina will remove CR7 from very close 2nd spot behind Messi to somewhere behind,far far behind Messi) but bcos it will be a dedication for his love for the country which has unreasonably questioned his loyalty. If he doesn't win ,no problem. It won't change the fact he is the greatest player after the likes of the Maradonas,the Peles, the Joyan Cruffys,the Zidanes and Ronadinhos, the football world has EVER seen. LEARNING to play football is a gained skill from PRACTICING football. those players CHOSE to play for european nations and as a footballer if you had the chance to play for France (country where you were raised/grew up) and have a 50+% chance of winning big trophies vs a less than 2% chance of winning any trophy with say Angola, Cameroon, Senegal, Chad, etc. Its not genes, its who has more passion/heart for the country where they were born vs where they grew up and had their life. Europeans (atleast some) do respect their nationalized african players bc if not there would be no African/african descendants playing for european nations 😂😂

All those claiming argentina are a better team without messi a just jealous biased and stupid, I know there was a time when argentina took the first place in rankings and messi was a huge part of that but if you are a blind hater will never accept the fact that it was due to his great performance for his country plus if he is dragging them down why is he their best player after all he is their highest goal scorer in the history of the team that also makes him their greatest player but all this rubbish about him never won an international trophy is stupid coz last time I checked football is a sport of 11 players so a single player cannot always deliver

Belgium, England and France had a little less RATIO. Without African players, any African team will flog them. It's very strange in the world that people will only appreciate u if u deliver the goods. They won't care how much u have done to bring the goods near the doorstep. People, mostly some Cr7's brainless fans, don't talk abt Messi taking Argentina to 3 finals. He played 3 MAJOR finals. Lost all of them of course. It's a burden on Messi's shoulders unfortunately bcos if he doesn't score in the final no one else will. While CR7 can afford the luxury of even not playing the final (Euro 16) and disappearing in another final (that mini NL ) bcos Eder and Bernardo Silva and co. will get the job done. That's the difference btn Messi's and Cr7's national trophies collection. CR7 fans behaving as if CR7 scored in those finals ,as if he were man of the match in any of them. I just imagine how they would be if he scored the winning goal/s after dribbling past defenders. My point is Messi is not a flop at international level. He has done sth that CR7 will NEVER do: Play a WC final. He has played in 3 Copa Americas. It's just the ending product missing. That single goal Eder scored for Portugal at Euro 16.

Its 2030 . The host Argentina in the final of the fifa world cup against the power house of world cup Brazil. The line up has been ready . And the players enters the stadium . The national anthem starts . The refere whistles and the game starts . Dybala takes the ball and dribble past the players and passes to Martinez . Martinez with the ball reaches the post and he pass it to Icardi and Icardi shoooots!!!! . The Keeper catches the ball. The game is going very interesting . Vinicious juniors got the ball and he shoots the ball . Goaaaaallll . With that Referee blows the Half time whistle. And now the second half begins . The Albeceleiste are in huge huge pressure . Pedrino starts the half with Rodrigo. Rodrygo takes the ball to the oppositions post and shoots . Oh He missed it . Now the keeper gives the ball to Nicolas Tagliafico and he passes the long ball to Icardi . Icardi takes the ball and shoots . Goaaallllllll. With that Argentinian equalizes the game . Its 90+ minute . 6 Minute extra time has been added. Rulli passes the ball to the Juan foyth . Juan gives the ball to lisandro Martinez . Martinez passes the ball to Barco . And he gives the ball to Lamela . Lamela with the ball dribble passes to Rodrygo . And suddenly arthur comes to steal the ball . He tackles lamela and he slides down. Foul. Referee gives foul to Argentina . Martinez takes the freekick . Shot the ball and gave to Dyabala . Dybala with the ball and goaallllllllll. Dybala scores the goal and the Argentina is the new World Champions .
