Modric, Rakitic, Kovacic & Mandzukic lead Croatia's 32-man preliminary squad for World Cup

Croatia have announced their 32-man preliminary squad for the 2018 World Cup.

Head Coach Zlatko Dalic hasn’t made any surprising omissions from the squad with Real Madrid aces Luka Modric and Mateo Kovacic, Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren, Barcelona’s Ivan Rakitic, and Juventus forward Mario Mandzukic all included.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan pair Marcelo Brozovic and Ivan Perisic are also in the group, which must be whittled down to 23 by June 4, with the tournament starting on June 14.
