Jose Mourinho says that the way things ended for him at Manchester United means that he can'T talk about them "in the same joy and freedom" as the other clubs he managed.

The Portuguese was sacked in December following a dismal run of form that left United struggling to maintain a top six place in the Premier League.
They then dramatically improved following the interim appointment of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, beating Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League and looking as though a top four place was within their grasp, only to fall away again at the end of the season, finishing sixth.
"It's difficult for me to talk about Manchester," Mourinho told French outlet RMC Sport on Friday.
"I can't talk about them in the same joy and freedom as I talk about others [clubs]."
Mourinho added that United's dramatic Champions League victory over PSG in March - which came after they lose the first 2-0 - was only possible because the French champions underestimated Solskjaer's side.
"I think PSG was not ready for what happened," he continued.
"For me they did not prepare themselves in the most serious way for a Champions League match."
The former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss added that he hopes to be back in the dugout before the beginning of the 2019/20 season.
"I have a lot of qualities and one of them is to respect other clubs and their management," he continued.
"I have never spoken like 'this club wanted me, they contacted me.'
"When I left Manchester United in December, I immediately took the decision I want to work from summer.
"I hope to be back to work in July in a project I really like."

Prefer him as a pundit as at least he speaks the truth and who cares if players like him or not

Mourinho is a genius manager, its a pity that United board and ed woodward failed him although his style of play at united was really pragmatic and defensive which could have never played well at united. He is a legend. Full respect

Hes a good coach only demands a lot from players who can't exceed more than what they can offer hence falling out in the relationship which leads to the downfall of every team he coaches.... Aside from that he's a good coach but gatta use what's available according not the other way round.

It was just a love triangle[Crylaugh] The girlfriend has to be humble and respect her man for a relationship to survive😂😂 Mourinho should be proud his girlfriend couldn't do it without him

Mourinho is a great coach, he is arrogant, but it doesn’t matter, after everything he have won as a coach he have the right to be cocky. You say he is defensive coach... No, he is adapting his style depending of what players he have available in his team. When he won LaLiga with Real Madrid in 2011-2012, Real Madrid finished with 121 goals scored and 100 points, we had a lot of good players and he used them right, so you can’t say he is defensive coach, just because he don’t have good players to score goals.

Football in general is missing him greatly. Meaning the fans, pundits, players, coaches, journalists and mainly the cameras. His actions in the dugout combine with his game plans and changes make football interesting to witness. It's an open fact that it's bcoz of him, serious competition came into England. I'll always remember him for his character of doing anything to win a match. If even it cause him to change a defender for an attacking player, or to provoke another coach to make him mentally disorganize, he'll do just to get a win.
