l am not sure Muller said all these things. He must have been high on something. This kind of unfair criticism coming from a former international is quiet surprising. His frustration should be directed to the entire team and not the two players who missed the penalties. When last did Germany win the world cup? The team didn't come together right from the start of the tournament. He may have been given a false hope from their performance against the minors Curacao!! They were extremely lucky against Ivory Coast and went on to lose against Ecuador. So what was Muller expecting? Miracles or what? His comments are absolutely pathetic and disgraceful, coming from a former player of his status.
