Neymar has won his battle against Brazilian businessman Carlos Moreira for the misuse of the footballer's name on commercial brands.
The Court of Justice of the European Union came to the conclusion after Neymar had complained to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Moreira used Neymar's name for some sportswear in his business in Brazil in 2012 after the EUIPO told him it was legal.
Neymar went to register his name as a brand in 2016, discovered about this and all brands linked to Neymar were cancelled.
Moreira also used Iker Casillas' name in his business for similar reasons.
