Some over sarcastic AFers in this article's comments section are calling him Paolo Smalldini thinking he's one of those bad defenders at a top club, but anyone who watched at least a few Roma games this season will know he's a rejuvenated player. He's been one of their best players this season and one of the main reasons why Roma are in a position to secure a European spot next season. Well, Nacho Fernandez is a great defender! He is a little underrated and sometimes doesn't come in the limelight, but, when it comes to destroy the attack of the opponent, he is just amazing. His tackles, interceptions, marking, etc. are just adorable. The Great defender of Real Madrid
