Fulham, Rangers, Celtic and many other clubs are following Huddersfield Town's young winger, Cameron Assia. He is the nephew of Nottingham Forest player Callum Hudson-Odoi and, with his technical style and amazing speed, is often compared to Manchester City's Jérémy Doku.

The 21-year-old has had a breakthrough season, making a total of 31 appearances, mostly as a substitute, scoring six goals, and being named the club's Academy Player of the Year.

Huddersfield Town have activated a clause to automatically extend his contract by one year, but his outstanding performance has already attracted the attention of scouts in the UK and Germany.

Fulham, Rangers and Celtic have all made preliminary inquiries, and Stuttgart, Hoffenheim, Burnley, Ipswich, Southampton, Sheffield United and other teams have also expressed interest in signing him.

Although his contract has been automatically extended for another year, Assia's transfer fee is only around £500,000 to leave the team.

Assia joined Huddersfield Town in 2024, made his league debut last August, and scored in the team's 2-0 victory over Reading. This season he has played 5 games in League One for the team, scoring 2 goals.

Assia has become a favorite player of Huddersfield Town fans, and the team is reluctant to let go of this rising star who performed well last season, but as the pursuit from various clubs intensifies, it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep him.
