OFFICIAL: Bayern sign 23-year-old defender Omar Richards on a free transfer
Bayern have signed Omar Richards. The 23-year-old defender is joining on a free transfer from English second-tier club Reading and has signed a contract with the German champions until 2025. He will take the number 3 shirt.
Board member for sport Hasan Salihamidžić: “We’re delighted Omar is coming to FC Bayern. Omar is a technically gifted player on the left side of defence. He finds good solutions going forward, he’s very alert and we trust him to play a good role in our team.”
