OFFICIAL: Chelsea midfielder Hall joins Everton for a transfer fee of £29 million
According to previous reports, Hall's transfer fee is £25 million (approximately €28.64 million) fixed + £4 million (approximately €4.58 million) in variables.

Everton has signed 26 - year - old midfielder Hall from Chelsea. The transfer fee has not been disclosed.
This midfielder has signed a five - year contract with Everton, which will last until the end of June 2030, becoming the club's fifth signing in the summer transfer window.
Hall came from the Leicester City youth training system. After being on loan at Blackpool and Luton Town, he became a favorite of Leicester City fans. Then he transferred to Chelsea in July 2024. This energetic and versatile midfielder made 36 appearances for Chelsea in various competitions in the 2024/25 season and was the only player to participate in all 15 games of their successful UEFA Conference League championship, contributing 4 goals and 3 assists during that period..

Don't speak with certainty when you don't have facts as you are wrong. The midfield needs air as we have players in there and Maresca have different plans for Attacking Midfield & Wings with enough players in those wings. So selling Dewsbury-Hall is the best thing for both Chelsea and the player
