OFFICIAL: Former City forward Chloe Kelly joins Arsenal Women on a free transfer

On July 2nd, it was officially announced that former Manchester City Women’s forward Chloe Kelly has joined Arsenal Women on a free transfer.

According to Sky Sports, Kelly’s contract with Manchester City Women has expired, allowing her to move to Arsenal Women as a free agent.

Chloe Kelly, 27, is a member of the England women’s national team. During the 2024/2025 winter transfer window, she was loaned from Manchester City to Arsenal, making 13 appearances (9 as a starter) and contributing 2 goals and 5 assists.
