Juventus have officially completed the signing of Adrien Rabiot, after his PSG contract expires, as the 13th free transfer in recent 10 seasons.
Although Juve’s official statement did not mention the length of Rabiot’s contract, it is understood he has agreed a four-year contract worth €7m per season plus bonuses, with a €10m signing-on fee.
The Frenchman will be unveiled to the Press at 11:00 CET on Tuesday.
Rabiot's career & stats
After spending some time in several French academies, including an experience in England with Manchester City, Rabiot turned professional back in 2012 with PSG, before going to spend time on loan with Toulouse in 2013.
It was with Les Parisiens where he showed off his abilities and he slowly worked his way into becoming a first-team starter with the French capital club. Throughout his time at PSG, he featured in all the competitions made available to him (Ligue 1, Champions League, Coupe de France, Coupe de la Ligue, French Super Cup), taking to the field for 240 games, scoring 25 goals, all whilst bagging 18 assists and helping to create 130 scoring opportunities.
That’s not all, though, in his career, Adrien has completed 274 dribbles, recovered 1331 balls, and made 112 touches in the adversary’s area. This is all testimony to that of a midfielder who has the great capability and boasts a unique technique along with having important physical attributes.

Football is not all about money. Buying an expensive player is not assurance of success. Free signings usually perform very extraordinary than most of those expensive signings. Football is business and in a business, your aim is to make profit while maintaining a certain standard of quality. Juventus have proven to world of football that they know how to use players signed for free transfer. I bet you, Juventus will sell some of these players very expensive as they did with Pogba. That's business. Good luck in both football and business Juventus.

Without free transfers, I wonder where juve would have been now. Pirlo, pogba, and the list goes on and on.

Juve has a lot of players in the midfield position i think they should focus on the attack and defense more than any other position in juve’s lineup next season

Serie A is gonna be more boring lol. Imagine a team like juve winning the league on countless number of times. Now they’re so active on the market, other teams will probably stand no chance of winning the league lmao.

1 thing you cannot take away from Juve, they definitely know how to get the best value out of the Transfer Market. They've just landed a proven 24yo Mid for free while the rest of the elites are shelling out at least 60m for similar players.
