June 8 – Tottenham Hotspur officially announced via a club statement that they have extended the contract of defender Ben Davies until 2026.

Tottenham's Official Announcement:

"The club is delighted to announce that we have activated the option to extend Ben Davies' contract until the summer of 2026. As our longest-serving senior player, Ben joined us from Swansea City in the summer of 2014 and has since been a steady and reliable presence in our squad.

He has now made 358 appearances in all competitions, level with Darren Anderton – making him one of only 29 players in the Club's history to reach 350 or more appearances. In European competitions, he has featured 73 times, just three appearances shy of the Club's all-time record for European appearances.

During his 11 years with the Club so far, Ben has scored 9 goals and captained the team on 13 occasions. On the international stage, the defender is set to make his 100th senior appearance for Wales and has represented his country at UEFA Euro 2016, UEFA Euro 2020, and the FIFA World Cup 2022."
