Vincent Kompany has been reunited with his former Manchester City team-mate Samir Nasri at Anderlecht after signing him on a free transfer.
Nasri was on the lookout for a new club after West Ham declined to renew the short-term contract he signed in January.
Kompany moved quickly to bring the 32-year-old to his new club, having taken over as player-manager after City this summer.
Nasri spent six years alongside Kompany in Manchester, after joining from Arsenal for £27million in 2011.
The pair won two Premier League titles and the 2014 League Cup together, before Nasri departed for Sevilla in 2017.
The move gives Nasri a chance to kick-start his career after a doping ban and underwhelming spell in east London, where he made only six appearances in six months.

A wonderful Arsenal player that was stolen by Man.City and messed his career up.
