Tottenham striker Heung-Min Son has had his red card overturned by an independent panel after they agreed it was wrongful dismissal.
The Tottenham star was dismissed in the second half following a challenge on Gomes which resulted in the Toffees midfielder suffering a fracture dislocation of his right ankle.
The FA Spokesperson Tweet on Tuesday read: 'Heung-min Son will be available for Tottenham Hotspur FC’s next three domestic fixtures after an independent Regulatory Commission upheld a claim of wrongful dismissal.'
The South Korea captain will now be available for Premier League clashes against Sheffield United, Bournemouth and West Ham.

Good decision, but also good decision from the referee when he booked Son, to keep everyone calm Everton's audience and players.

It is a good thing the red card was overturned... But no one should blame the ref... Am sure the ref felt the pain of gomes.

Son was in tears, he did not mean to do that, we all have our worst moments as a football player... thanks to FIFA to being so wonderful and seeing the good❤️⚽️

so he went free for breaking someone's legs? wooow... I know it wasnt his intention, but that tackle was dangerous and he should be punished for it...
