The center-back has suffered a tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during the away game in Augsburg on Saturday.
This is the result of an in-depth investigation by club doctor Dr. med. Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt.
Süle will be operated on this Sunday.
