What a bunch of idiots in the comments... no they didn't get injured. The Netherlands is already qualified for the final 8 in the Nations League. De Jong is only just coming back from injury and with Van Dijk's game schedule he would also need some rest given his age. Hence they don't need to win the next game they made the decision to sent them back to their clubs to give them some much needed extra few days of rest.
