Como have officially confirmed that Fàbregas will return to the Emirates Stadium with Como to face Premier League champions Arsenal in a friendly on August 12.
This will be Como's first encounter with Arsenal in any match, competitive or friendly, but for Fàbregas, it will be a return to his former home – he played for the Gunners for eight years from 2003 to 2011.
This pre-season clash comes as Como prepare for their inaugural Champions League season, having staged a late-season resurgence in Serie A 2025-26 to finish in the top four ahead of AC Milan and Juventus.
