For the third consecutive game, Marcus Rashford was left out of Manchester United’s squad, with his departure imminent.
Marcus Rashford appears to be preparing for a departure from Manchester United during the winter transfer window. For the third consecutive match, manager Rubén Amorim excluded the striker from the squad ahead of their Premier League game against Bournemouth.
Despite being fully fit and free of any issues, the 27-year-old forward does not feature in Amorim’s plans. Speaking ahead of the match, the coach explained, “It is my decision. I want to explore the potential of other players.”
Rashford comments enraged squad
Rashford’s recent interview with Henry Winter has further intensified tensions within the Red Devils' dressing room. According to The Sun, a source close to the situation revealed, A lot of players “are really frustrated” with what Marcus said and the timing of his comments. “Everyone was euphoric after the win against City, only for him to shift the focus to his desire to leave after being benched for just one game.”
Former Manchester United player and current Sky Sports analyst Gary Neville weighed in on Rashford’s situation, saying that it was “surprising” to see him left out last week against Manchester City. “But now, with it happening for three games”, he added “it’s clear something is wrong".
Neville said that Rashford had "become a distraction" for both the team and the manager. “I think the time has come for him to leave. The end feels inevitable.”
The outlook for Rashford is challenging. While leaving Manchester United might offer more playing opportunities—crucial for reclaiming his spot in the English national team—few clubs are likely to match his current salary at United. This financial hurdle complicates his prospects for a smooth transfer.
Rashford is on a salary of $390,000 a week, a figure that few teams in the world would dare to match. Clubs such as PSG and Barcelona have closely followed the attacker, but they are more looking for a loan for the player than a definitive purchase.

this rashford Amad situation is the corporate equivalent of a fat potato couch earning big bucks while doing nothing at work and then the management thinks it better to get someone who's gonna be paid in peanuts but is much more eager to perform...

He might not be playing but that's a kind of better because when he plays and things go wrong he is the one to carry the cross. I can't blame Rashy for anything United is becoming one of the worse clubs in treating players poorly. it happened to Ronaldo, Sancho and now Rashy. Amorine should keep building in those two selfish Portuguese players.

Man U problems will persist for awhile with this Coach (Amorim) because he was careless to have repeated the player tussle that TEN HAG did with CR7 & SANCHO. Execpt Man U do overhaul like Chelsea then. The Coach has created problem for himself like TEN HAG for starting issues with RASHFORD & almost added GARNACHO.....when you do such things to the big & respected players in your team, you will only create problem's among the players because not all of them will like such start of creating issues....

ineos wants to cut the wages, manager is just there to execute it
Cutting wages aside dude rashford stil has time to resurrect his dying career, he’s been inconsistent for years now and at 27 i wouldn’t want him in my Real Madrid Castilla not to mention first team, he’s not ready to step up.
