License or no license PES 2019 will be wonderful and realistic. The physics and artificial intelligence of pes 2018 is already amazing, now in pes 2019 it's going to be even more better and will take a step forward to realism, so does the graphics.
Well, lack of licenses isn't a problem since there are lot of patches and option files will be available on the Internet.
Pes surprises me every year after year with a level up, I'm sure this year it will be astonishing too as always.
