Frenkie de Jong decided to join Barcelona ahead of PSG and the French club are thinking about a kind of 'revenge'.
They are interested in one of Barca's stars, Philippe Coutinho, looking to bring him together with Neymar Jr, whom they stole from Barca in the summer of 2017.
Per RMC journalist Daniel Riolo on Twitter, Nasser Al-Khelaifi has turned their sights to Coutinho in the latest instalment of 'commercial war'.
Coutinho is not in his best form at Barca to tell the truth. However he has a contract until June 2023 and a release clause of 400m euros.
A number that even PSG will not reach, although they did pay Neymar's 222m buy-out. Al-Khelaifi is not taking the De Jong snub lightly either...

How about PSG starts focussing more on developing talents from it's academy than having an eye on stars from other teams. Rome was not build in one day, PSG should take it slow.They should also fire the chairman because as football is concerned, he is a disgrace!!.They can't always get what they want, and if De jong snubbed them, it's because they are not a good fit for his style.All this nonsense about PSG wanting to avenge is meer rubbish.

This is not revenge... it will only harm them... buying Coutinho would means paying his 400m release clause... which would give Barcelona alot of profit and also one less headache for Valverde... So please Psg come and buy if you can

I need that coutinho in the midfield position in Barcelona, Arthur is not a good midfielder, he has only one assist in all competition this season, what kind of midfielder is that, only one assist since August. they need coutinho in that midfield, Vidal is only good in defence but doesn't have attacking mentality, we can't compare those people with coutinho, I will like him to leave if he continues to flop on the position is not used to, I believe if he play for psg he would be deployed as a midfielder
