Juventus and Milan may have missed out on Adrien Rabiot, as reports in France state the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder has a deal with Barcelona.
The midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season, and has already told PSG that he won’t sign a new deal.
That will see him kept on the bench for the rest of his time at the club, with the two Serie A sides hoping to do a cut-price deal in January.
However, Le Parisien is confident that a deal is already in place with Barça, which will be made official in January when Rabiot is free to sign for another club.
It remains to be seen whether Barça will look to sign him this winter, but he’d still be eligible to play in the Champions League as the rules which cup-tied players have changed.

If he is coming for free then why not He is a technically gifted player and has proved himself on the big stage with good performances for Paris Saint Germain against Real Madrid, Barcelona and the big Clubs of Europe. He is still 23 years old only and he can develop into a great player who can be an asset for FC Barcelona in the future. He has shown flashes of his potential in the biggest of stages which suggest that he can develop into a world class player Signing him on a free would not hurt as even if he does not live up to expectations, he’d still be worth a few million euros in resale value since he is very young and still has a good few years at the top level for him to make his name as a top class midfielder
