PSG are hoping that offering the Brazilian a salary in the region of Messi's will be enough to dispell any thoughts he is harbouring to move to Madrid.
PSG will know that now Cristiano Ronaldo has left Real Madrid, president Florentino Perez will be on the hunt for another superstar to fill the void left by the Portuguese. And top of his list is none other than Neymar.
The Brazilian striker, who arrived in Paris just one year ago for a world-record fee of 222 million euros, would look favourably on a move to Madrid, even more so now that Ronaldo has packed his bags. With this in mind and eager to hold on the 26-year-old, PSG have initiated talks with his representatives and want to improve his contract terms.
PSG will pay Neymar the same as Messi
Neymar signed a five-year contract worth 37 million euros net a year when he joined the club a year ago. Now PSG is reportedly willing to offer him a salary in the region of Lionel Messi’s, the world’s highest paid player at 50 million euros per year.
With no release clause in his contract, Real Madrid’s plan is to convince Neymar to ask PSG to sell him. But the Parisian club are hoping this new salary offer will prevent him from wanting to leave. If Madrid’s plan fails, plan B is Neymar’s teammate Kylian Mbappé, who is seven years younger and whose price would be lower.
In a bid to keep Neymar happy in Paris, PSG has also hired Bruno Mazziotti, the physio for the Brazilian national team, who became close to the player while he was recovering from a foot injury that had kept him out for three months earlier this year.

Why this stupid Perez couldn't sign Hazard while Ronaldo was still there??? You see why Barca are always winning the Laliga more than Madrid?? They don't sell and buys alot of players, they keep adding to their squad.... Let's wait and see what Madrid will be maybe the foolish President has a plan maybe

Madrid cannot get Neymar that easily. Neymar is the most priced asset of PSG,their jewel and pride. The club care for him as a king. They will do everything to fend off suitors. However, Neymar cannot fill the huge void left by Ronaldo and I don't even think that he will be encouraged to come to Madrid having seen the way Ronaldo was treated.

Neymar has shown he's out for the money before, so it won't be a surprise if he decides the stay at PSG because of the money they're willing to offer him... except his ambition has changed.

It surprises me that you are messi fan and you hate neymar
First of all I am a fan of the game of football before I support any team or player and I don't support anyone blindly like so many Messi and Ronaldo fans do. I won't talk bad of Ronaldo to make Messi look good. Talking about Neymar; I don't hate him... I should be the one suprised at you, because you seem to be the only one that doesn't understand this. Neymar is a fantastic player, but we all know he left for PSG because of money... forget that trash of him wanting to leave Messi' shadow in order to win Ballon d'Or, because he is more likely to win it at Barca then PSG and one can't compare the history, prestige and success story of PSG to that of Barcelona. If Neymar doesn't stop his play acting and become cautious of his way of life, he will never attain what we expect him to. It's understandable that he's a Brazilian and they tend to live that way, but the top ones that have come before him focused more on their game and only became more flamboyant after many successes. Neymar has the potential to win everything at club level and international level and surpass both Messi and Ronaldo in that regard. But if he refuses to grow up, start acting maturedly and focus more on becoming better both as an individual player and a team mate, young lads like Mbappe will out shine him and that is not an insult but a fact.
