Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford recently discussed the team's progress this season and future prospects in an official club interview.

Speaking to Everton's official website, the England international goalkeeper reflected on the team's journey this season and emphasized the importance of the coming months.

Pickford said, "We are in a very crucial period, that's obvious. We have to keep going. We know where we are and we know where we want to get to."

"We've had a lot of ups and downs this season, but we've been working hard as a collective. I think we can be proud of the progress we've made this season, but we also know there's a lot more work to do."

The 30-year-old goalkeeper has been very consistent for Everton this season, and he also spoke about the team's resilience in difficult circumstances.

"We've had some tough times, but the team's cohesion has always been strong. Everyone is working towards the same goal, and that's very important for us."

Pickford also specifically mentioned the support of the fans, which he believes is an important driving force for the team.

"The fans have always been there for us, home and away. They mean a lot to us, and we want to bring them more good moments."

Everton are currently in a mid-table position in the league, and Pickford believes the team still has room for improvement.

"We have to keep working hard and stay focused. At this stage, every point is important. We will do our best to achieve the best possible results at the end of the season."
