CHELSEA are the all-time biggest Premier League spenders - and they beat their rivals by a huge margin.
The Club World Cup champions have five Prem titles to show for their massive outlay.
The Blues have spent £1.3billion in three years since Todd Boehly took over the club.
And that has helped propel them to the top of the all-time biggest spenders list.
Their summer splurge on signings Joao Pedro, Liam Delap and Jamie Gittens has taken their spending above the £4billion mark, according to Transfermarkt.
That means they have spent roughly £1bn more than their closest rivals, Manchester City.
The Cityzens pip their neighbours Manchester United to second spot by £300million.
But the bulk of their spending has come since 2008, when Sheikh Mansour began his reign as owner.
City have spent £3.1bn compared to United's £2.8bn, with the rest of the Big Six making up the top six places.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham have all broken the £2bn mark, with the Reds' purchases of Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong and Milos Kerkez moving them above the Gunners.

Tottenham's £2bn spend places them sixth, with Everton, Newcastle, West Ham and Aston Villa all splashing out around £1.3bn over the years.
That rounds off the top ten, with the exclusive club consisting of the only teams to have breached £1bn.
Southampton are the next most profligate, parting with £840m since 1992.
Brighton and Bournemouth make the list despite only joining the Prem for the first time in 2017 and 2015 respectively.
While Nottingham Forest's huge expenditure since their return to the top flight in 2022 places them 20th in the list of biggest spenders.
Chelsea have made two signings worth over £100m, Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo, with Romelu Lukaku and Mykhailo Mudryk both close to the three-figure mark.
Their drastic spending began under the reign of Roman Abramovich in 2003 but increased dramatically under Todd Boehly.
City are trying their best to keep pace with them however, buying players worth £203m in January before a £102m outlay this summer, with more potentially incoming.
