Premier League clubs eyeing up Real Madrid's Karim Benzema (SPORT)

Karim Djaziri, Karim Benzema's agent, has received various calls from England in recent weeks, enquiring about the Real Madrid striker.

They want to bring the Frenchman to the Premier League in the summer window. According to Bernabeu Digital, Benzema's future could lie in England even though he has a contract until 2021 and no intention of leaving. However he does not have a good relationship with Madrid's fans.

Benzema's release clause is 1,000 million euros, but all will depend on the decision that Florentino Perez, the president takes over his future. At the end of the season his future will be decided upon. Zinedine Zidane has kept playing his compatriot but the situation could change in the second half of the season.

Benzema has always being under appreciate at Madrid mainly because he plays the supporting role for lead cast Ronaldo. As at 2015 he has been responsible for most of the goals Ronaldo scores and am sure the number will not be static since they both play together. It is unpardonable when he misses God-given chances but it shouldnt be the only yardstick to judge him at Lyon he was a monster in front of goal because he was the arrow head - all balls to Benzema. Even with the French national team anytime he dons the blue jersey he appears different, if you doubt me check the 2014 World Cup before their journey was truncated by eventual winners Germany. If he moves to let's say Arsenal where he is most likely to be their talisman his true qualities will be appreciated

Now it's not the best time to sell Benzema. If they are going to sell him it has to be in the summer, not now. Because if they sell him that means someone it's coming right away and that guy coming needs to adapt to the Spanish league and system and most of the times that doesn't happen overnight.
