At least players can't be wasting unnecessary time walking from very far to embrace the other player coming in.
The attacking team can now decide to wait or not for the player who made a red card tackle to receive his red card before the continue kicking the ball or continue kicking the ball while the player escape red card which will be an advantage to the players team
Also on that of referee issuing a card when the ball goes out is very nice because over time stopping game flow to issue card to a player had killed so many tempo especially with the attacking team.
i love all the new laws
i don't have any objection in it considering it critically.

IFAB SHOULD ALSO MAKE IT INTO THE LAW THAT NO SUBSTANTIATION IS ALLOWED AFTER THE EXTRA TIME IS GIVEN.

agreed with others but hand ball laws will be too hard for referees to handle accurately. handball is a handball whatever. also spot kicks should be taken by the player who had been fouled unless the player is injured and need to be replaced.

with EPL referees this is not going to work even if VAR is there. EPL referees are dumb even with VAR and all this rules they will still screwed up the beautiful game of football. just borrow referees from different leagues. why do you think we didn't have any referee from EPL in the world cup 2018
