A players value deteriorates with time, & that time is encompassed by game time, in Pogba's case there's more to it, his current team doesn't compliment his class which holds a 'Pull him down' by association syndrome & if pogba procrastinates his move away from United the more his value rather price tag reduces. the more he plays with the ManUnited Level the more he loses class & with it comes loss of value.
