This man is very good when it comes to out wild ball but what’s lacking right now is defensive statistics he does not have defensive stats at all. He can use his Philosophy somewhere else and it will work but not in EPL. If you play Southampton they will defend with low quality players now compare to Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Mancity, Brentford, Everton and Newcastle not to talk of Bournemouth and all that. Without defensive statistics you can not succeed in this league you have to employ assistants manager that know the way of playing and defend at the same time. But you said you can not change the philosophy but they can change the man, you have to change your philosophy if you want to progress. This is not laliga or Portugal Liga where everybody attacks the only 2 clubs in laliga that defend all through is Getafe and Athletico Bilbao, still the will still beat them blue black but Getafe will never go to relegation and Athletico Bilbao will never leave the top 5. You can not play wild ball in EPL the way you play it in Sporting without defensive statistics. Manchester United need Xavi That’s the best option for them. Xavi doesn’t attack much but he’s full of defensive manners. All he need at the top is just one striker that can hit the back of the net and he will give the 3 points that you want.

This man wants to get sacked and earn the compensation money. Which team can play with 3 backs against Man City. May be Sporting Lisbon with whom Amorin won the Champions League in his dream. Man Board is the problem. 1. Ange Postecoglu beat Man U, wins Europa but finishes 17th, sacked by Spurs. 2. Nuno Santo Esperito finishes above Man U in the epl, lost first match, sacked by Nottingham Forest. But Ruben Amorim finishes 15th the worst ending position for Man United I don't know for how many decades, has 4 points out of 4 games, the worst beginning to the season since 1992/1993 but he's still on the press conferences 😂😂😂😂

Xavi Alonso used this same formation when he was at bayern leverkusen and it worked but failed him at real Madrid during the CWC, he changed the style when the laliga started and get the desired result. Yesterday during man city vs man u match, pep changed his formation twice even camera captured Nathan Ake gesturing the 5-4-1. Amorim I now telling man u that he can't change, definitely he want to be changed, he is tired of the job.
