Real Madrid's captain has 13 goals in the UCL, one less than Pique, third in the ranking of UCL top-scoring defenders.
With Benzema barely seeing the goal in 2020, many hopes will return to Sergio Ramos, one of the most scoring defender in history in the Champions League with 13 goals scored (7 headers in 13 goals) in 123 matches.
The Madrid captain, who will turn 34 in a little over a month, is one goal away from Gerard Piqué. Barca defender has 14 goals in 116 matches, the third defender scorer in the Champions League. He is only surpassed by Madrid legends Roberto Carlos (16) and Iván Helguera (15), in UEFA ranking without the goals in previous stages.

Sometimes i think , media is just a medium to compare one individual to other . Football is not like that .... one goal less or one goal more ... in the end we know every player say thanks to all when he lift his shirt last time . Comparisons kill the game , football is sacred to us and these players are heroes . In the end what matters is the time they enjoy amd make us delighted by their performances so that we can tell our next generations that once upon a time there is spanish duos Ramos and Pique aka Bad Boys , who lift their teams on their shoulders.
