Ramos banned for Real Madrid vs Getafe as Casemiro back, Marcelo & James out

Zinedine Zidane has submitted his 19-man squad list for Real Madrid's match away at Getafe on Saturday afternoon, yet Lucas Vazquez, Marcelo and James Rodriguez have failed to be included.

All three players trained with the rest of their teammates this week, however they have failed to convince Zidane that they are ready to make their return.

Unexpectedly, Brahim Diaz and Mariano Diaz have not made the cut, while the injured duo of Eden Hazard - who will miss the Supercopa de Espana - and Marco Asensio have been ruled out. Sergio Ramos is unavailable due to suspension, too.

Zidane can, however, welcome back Casemiro after he served his one-game ban against Athletic Club prior to the winter break.

There is also a surprise inclusion with Alvaro Odriozola, who has been able to take advantage of Ramos' absence to be included.

As usual, Diego Altube will be the player who is left out when the final team sheet is released, barring any surprise injury to Thibaut Courtois or Alphonse Areola.
