They are two different budgets say...renovating the stadium is from a loan to be paid in 30 years and not directly from the club's coffers which for sure repayment will be from proceeds generated from the stadium from 2023

Building up a team and upgrading the stadium are both the same for the interest of the club and fans. 500 millions plus isn't bad for a club like Real Madrid to spend when they can only spend that on acquiring on less than 5 averaged players. The club can afford that and it should be no problem.
