Real Madrid informed that Gabriel Jesus would cost 50m euros

Manchester City want to receive around 50 million euros from Real Madrid if they are to sell Gabriel Jesus this summer.

It is widely believed that the Brazilian forward is coming to the end of his time at Manchester City, especially given the recent signings of Julian Alvarez and Erling Haaland in his position.

This was agreed in April, when the first definitive meetings took place to address the situation.

Both the player and the club would rather see a deal done this summer as his current deal runs out in 2023.

Real Madrid, as journalist Anton Meana told Cadena SER, are keeping an eye on the situation, but there are multiple other clubs who have emerged as possible destinations for the 25-year-old.

The one that has sounded the strongest is Arsenal, although there is no official proposal. Tottenham, who want to give Antonio Conte a guaranteed project, are also interested.

Chelsea, on the other hand, have expressed their interest, but are lagging behind because of their limited room for manoeuvre due to their complicated institutional situation, while Borussia Dortmund have come calling from Germany.

Real Madrid are looking seriously at the opportunity to sign the Brazilian international as the sporting management and Carlo Ancelotti are very impressed by him.

His salary will not be extremely high but it also will not be cheap. He currently earns 7.5m euros a year at City and would likely want a similar or improved deal at Real Madrid.

Another aspect to consider is that of the quota of non-EU nationals, which is currently made up at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu by Vinicius, Rodrygo and Eder Militao.
