Real Madrid are set to sport a brand-new home kit at the Club World Cup in the U.S., after Los Blancos today unveiled their uniform for the 2025/26 season.
A kit with call-backs to past uniforms
Made by German sportswear giant Adidas, the kit features yellow, light gray and black details, with the club’s shirt sponsors in brown: HP on the sleeve and Emirates on the front.
The design of the new kit pays homage to the jerseys Madrid wore in the 2009-10 and 2015-16 seasons, blending past and present.
When will Real Madrid wear their kit for the first time?
The uniform’s first run-out will be on June 18, when Madrid take on Saudi team Al Hilal in their Club World Cup opener (3pm ET/12 noon PT).
The Group H match in Miami is likely to witness the debuts of new signings Alexander Alexander-Arnold, Dean Huijsen and Álvaro Carreras, who are in line to make their first appearances in the new kit.
The inaugural edition of the expanded, 32-team Club World Cup, the global event is packed with incentives for Madrid: becoming the first club to lift the new trophy, making a statement after a shaky season, starting Xabi Alonso’s coaching tenure on a high, and pocketing a nine-figure prize check.
What will Real Madrid’s other 25/26 kits look like?
The official unveiling of Madrid’s new second and third kits will come later, but the designs have already been leaked.
As revealed by the specialist website ‘Footy Headlines’, the away kit will be dark navy blue, featuring lines that mimic the new Bernabéu stadium’s design. Meanwhile, the third kit is expected to be a lighter shade of blue, with white details and logos.
