LALIGA FC Futures, a youth tournament for youngsters aged seven to 12, has announced its 2024 schedule with an exciting surprise: Thiago Messi, Lionel’s eldest son, and his Inter Miami team will be in Group A alongside Real Madrid, Betis, and Dortmund. Although the list of young players traveling from Miami to Gran Canaria hasn’t been finalized, it’s highly likely that Messi Jr will be part of the roster.

Thiago, who plays for Inter Miami’s U-12 team, is a regular at these kinds of tournaments. In fact, the Argentine star’s firstborn will play this Monday (November 25) in Illinois against his father’s beloved Newell’s Old Boys, as Inter Miami is one of the teams participating in the Newell’s Cup, which will be held in the U.S.
