Regarding the controversial decisions in stoppage time of the Copa del Rey final, referee expert Barrenechea Montero shared his views with Marca.
In the final moments of regular time, Ferran Torres was fouled by Rudiger in the box, but the referee did not award a penalty, and VAR did not intervene.
Soon after, Raphinha was brought down by Raul Asensio in the box. The referee initially awarded a penalty, but after reviewing VAR, the decision was overturned.
Referee expert Barrenechea Montero commented: “Raphinha did dive, but Ferran Torres’ fall was a clear penalty.”

Things need to be said exactly as they are. Real Madrid headed by Florentine Perez is gradually becoming a bully Club that believes football needs to go their way 100% before it is right. Real Madrid rarely take responsibility for any loss, they must find a way to fault the refs, VAR officials or the opposition players. So many teams play games within space of 72 hours but when it comes to Real Madrid it must be postponed. Clear red card offence against Arsenal at the Bernabeu and last night on Raphinha... If it's another Club they will cry to the media for weeks. Not playing fair during transfer Windows by using their past identity to snatch players in the final years of their contracts for free making the clubs to run a loss. Using foul words on refs whenever they are loosing as they believe they have achieved perfection and can't lose games. Pride goes before a fall.... The fall is coming soon.... The only reason they have this pride is because the Competition at the Top of La Liga is not much.... If Real Madrid comes to EPL they will play the Conference League in no time. For a Club I once respected and seemed to be the Standard this is very poor from them.

If all this foul against Barca is other way round , I believe we wont rest throughout the end of this year cause Real Madrid we bully the ref for not award any penalty for them out of the three .

and also their champion league strategy: getting last minute penalties when the opposition team is coming back (vs Juventus), scoring tons of offside goals (2017 and 2018 season), intentionally injuring key players of opposition (Salah injury) the most cheating players with most red cards are from real Madrid. even average students can top the exams by cheating
