According to Italian journalist Luca Cerchione, Atalanta midfielder Ederson successfully passed his medical examination in New York on June 14.
Following Manchester United's standard procedure, the club will arrange a second medical examination for the player in England. Once all medicals are completed, both parties will officially sign the contract.
The report states that the contract is for a period of five years, and upon completion of the signing, Ederson will officially become a Manchester United player.
Ederson Silva, born in 1999, was called up to the Brazilian national team squad by Ancelotti due to Wesley Lima's injury and is currently participating in the World Cup.

How many years does United want to use to sign him? 🤦♂️ If they continue like this, they'd sign at most two players before the season begins.
