On the show "Le Foot Toujours", journalist Stefano Borghi discussed Internazionale's performance in their first two league matches.
"In my opinion, this once again proves that this team has a clear style while also being able to adapt to different game situations. This is due to the completeness of the squad, the maturity of the team, the cohesion built over last season, and the work of the head coach. Against Monza, you saw a direct approach targeting the central striker, because that's what the match demanded: facing an opponent coached by Jurić who used man-marking and was slightly inferior technically, focusing on winning duels with the striker and committing everyone forward, Inter won 4-1.
Against Cagliari, it was completely different: they had to play a structured attacking game and actively create chances. They had 30 shots and eventually won 1-0, though the closing stages were slightly tense. It was only the second round of the league anyway, and Cagliari is a well-organized team. What stands out is that Internazionale demonstrated multiple ways of playing. I think this is a very important signal for a coach and a team aiming to compete across all competitions."
