High speeds and a tyre puncture caused the accident that killed Jose Antonio Reyes in Seville.
Tributes have been pouring in for the former Sevilla winger, and several of his former teammates attended his wake at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on Sunday.
According to Mundo Deportivo, who have had access to the police report, the Mercedes Brabus S550 de 380 CV was travelling at 237 kilometres per hour.
Control of the car was lost due to a tyre puncture and the vehicle went off the road and collided with working blocks which then caused the car to roll over before bursting into flames.

If the driver hits a wall 6 feet away in 250kn/h, they’ll be dead in 0.02s. At 250km/h, you’re covering almost 70 metres every second – almost 1.5 Olympic swimming pools in the click of a finger. A car stopped immediately with 210km/hr in < 0.2 meters by concrete metro train high rise pillar results in force of 41Tons.
