Kane won the Ballon d'Or and posted a lengthy message on social media expressing his feelings. England legend Rio Ferdinand sent his heartfelt congratulations.
Rio Ferdinand posted his congratulations: "Harry Kane. Those loan spells where things didn't work out must have made him doubt himself from time to time, constantly asking: Can I really make it?
The many coaches who supported him along the way deserve recognition for their contributions.
Resilience, confidence, determination, and the ability to consistently put in the work day after day—these qualities should never be underestimated.
These highlight moments must make Harry reflect on those lonely and difficult days, filling him with pride.
Today we all see his records, goals, and accolades, but it's the journey he took to get here that is most worth savoring and cherishing.
Heartfelt congratulations—well deserved."
