Roma have reportedly turned down the chance to sign Inter winger Ivan Perisic.
Perisic is not in Inter’s plans this season and Calciomercato.it claims he was offered to Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi.
The Giallorossi have a void to fill out wide after Stephan El Shaarawy’s switch to Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua, but the website notes they ‘kindly’ passed up the Croat.
Nonetheless, the two clubs are in talks over Edin Dzeko, who could follow Romelu Lukaku to San Siro before the end of August.
It also now remains to seen whether the 30-year-old will push for a move away or stay and fight for his place.
