Romano: Chelsea refuse to pay Sancho’s high wages & Jadon doesn’t want MU stay

According to renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the reason Chelsea terminated Jadon Sancho’s loan is that they couldn’t agree on his salary. In addition, Sancho has no intention of staying at Manchester United and will seek a permanent move.

Romano wrote that the main issue was Sancho’s wages, as Chelsea were unwilling to pay him the same high salary he earns at Manchester United. After negotiations, Sancho will return to United at the end of June, when his loan deal expires.

Sancho, who joined Chelsea on loan last summer, has made 41 appearances in all competitions, recording 5 goals and 10 assists. Previously, journalist David Ornstein reported that Chelsea would pay £5 million to terminate Sancho’s loan early.
