According to renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Viktor Gyökeres is certain to leave Sporting CP this summer, regardless of any public statements suggesting otherwise.
Romano reports that Sporting and the player have already reached an agreement months ago, and the club will approve a transfer for a fee of around €65 million. Talks are ongoing with several top European clubs.
Gyökeres has had a spectacular season, recording 53 goals and 12 assists in 51 appearances across all competitions for Sporting.
