Cristiano Ronaldo has no regrets about leaving Real Madrid for Juventus and is happy with how has settled into life in Italy.
After winning four Champions Leagues in Madrid, Ronaldo moved on last summer for a new challenge in Turin but despite leaving behind a lot, he doesn't miss Madrid or Spain.
"Things are as they are," Ronaldo said to DAZN.
"I don't miss Spain or Portugal. Obviously, I left a great club and I left people and friends, but I don't miss the country itself.
"I have the same [a great club, people and friends] in Italy, so it hasn't been difficult. Everything has been intense but it's interesting and I've adapted well."
Juventus take on Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night with a 2-0 first leg deficit to overturn in Turin if they are to progress to the Champions League quarter-finals.
"It will be a difficult match," he admitted.
"Atletico have played in two Champions League finals in the last four years.
"They have a team to win the Champions League and we know it will be hard but if we play well then we will go through."
The Portuguese has some stiff competition to be crowned Serie A's top goalscorer and 36-year-old Sampdoria striker Fabio Quagliarella currently tops the charts with 20 goals, one more than Ronaldo and Krzysztof Piatek's 19.
"I think it's harder to score in Italy than in Spain," he said.
"The Spanish league is more open and teams' risk more. Here the priority is to defend well and then attack.
"I played in England for five years as well and I think the league that is hardest to score in is Serie A."

i believe his heart is still in Spain..his body is in italy..and i believe its why Juve may not win today. All those goals scored for juve, are mere tap in, CR7 have not been himself and olayed at the level he left RM at

It's pretty convenient to claim that Serie A is the hardest league to score in when your goalscoring has clearly dropped since moving to Italy. He knows he can't catch Messi for the European Golden Shoe and he's already making excuses.

The League that is hardest to score in is Serie A??? Who holds the record of most goal score in a SerieA season??? Higuain. Who holds the record in England?? Salah Who hold the record in Spain?? Messi Who hold the record in Germany?? Gerd Muller!!! Now compare Higuain, Salah, Messi and Gerd Muller and tell me how Higuain is able to hold such a prolific record in a "difficult" League like SerieA???? SerieA has produced many great strikers ranging from Real Ronaldo, George Weah, Van Basten, Shevchenko etc. These guys did not hold that record because Serie was very defensive that time but now can we say that SerieA is that defensive? Napoli, Lazio, Roma are going Guardiolismo. How Can we say they are defensive? Even in Cristiano absence, Moise Kean scored 2 goals in a 4:1 victory. How is that defensive? Cristiano love to change the narrative to suit himself!

I'm appreciate it and you are interested in the future of football game. at least season when you leave for laliga I wasn't agreeing for your leaving in Madrid. I was thinking about you are going to be in hard time in your life of football. end of the day I bring it back to ten years ago when you was at England and you been performed and you leave for work and also you been for hard work behind mesi but you performed and you are in Italy now and you are showing the world that you are not elder brother. but you leave for a new challenge because you won a challenge in England you won in Spain and now you trying in Italy. I'm sure you are going to be above on this.

I don't know why people keep thinking and saying that Ronaldo's mind is still in Spain. To my best opinion, l don't think that a player who has won almost everything in a club has anything to lose if he decide to leave. Instead on the other hand, if Ronaldo was to remind in Spain, he might end up wiping out the imagine he presently has in Spain. Remember that there is an African Proverb that says " If you waste time with your hand in your anus, you might end up touching excreta ". l want to use this opportunity to equally say that l don't buy the idea why ZIZOU accepted to return to MADRID, because if care is not taken, he might equally touch excreta with his hands as l early made mentioned in my proverb above.
