Ronaldo showed off his incredible body aged 34 before Juventus play Roma.

The Portuguese forward posted the ripped picture online as he worked out with a kettlebell.

Ronaldo - who claims he has the body of a 23-year-old - works hard to maintain his amazing physique.

He spends hours in the gym, working on Pilates-based exercises rather than lifting heavy weights.

In particular the former Man Utd superstar uses resistance work to strengthen his core.

He also spends time in his pool as swimming is a full body workout.

And he has a cryotherapy chamber installed in his house.

Standing in the chamber for around three minutes, liquid nitrogen freezes Ronaldo to between minus 160 and minus 200 degrees Celsius.

Cryotherapy beats muscle soreness and reduces swelling, inflammation or sprains - allowing Ronaldo to be ready for the next match or training session sooner.

The new photo comes days before Juve travel to fourth placed Roma, with Ronaldo’s side trailing to Inter Milan in the table, but only by goal difference.

Ronaldo kick-started the decade with a bang, netting his 56th career hat-trick as the Serie A champions thrashed Cagliari 4-0.
